Setting up a full league for ReCollect bottle donations is not only a great way to help support the league, but also a great way to take the competition off the pitch! Get your league registered as an organisation partner with ReCollect and watch the bottle and can donations flow in!
1. Download the App and Register Your League
Download ReCollect from the App Store or Google Play, or visit our web app. Sign up your league - once approved, your league will be made available to thousands of potential donors!
2. Share your sign-up link with friends, family, and potential donors
Follow the recommendations in the app - promote on social media, share with your donor lists, friends, family - everyone!
3. That’s it! Redeem your donated funds via direct deposit or cheque!
Donated containers will start to appear in your account. You can even issue tax receipts to your donors!

Find out how ReCollect works for charities and fundraisers
Absolutely! Some customers prefer to donate their containers to a worthy cause! ReCollect helps facilitate this by allowing customers to donate to local charities on pick up or redemption. Tax receipts are then issued to customers by the charity.
The charities are responsible for issuing their own tax receipts. We provide charities with only the user information required to issue a tax receipt (name, address, phone, postal and donation amount). The system rolls up the donations by user (multiple donations will be summed) when a redemption is initiated.
No problem. Customers will be informed before they donate that they will not be receiving a tax receipt.
Charities use ReCollect for free but are encouraged to help spread the word (it's in your best interests!). We will provide a registration link for your league. Any new users registering with your link will be shown your league information and will be setup to automatically donate to your charity.
100% of the customer's returns will be donated. However, we offer slightly lower deposit rates than a depot. Eventually, we hope to remove this and offer full deposit rates as more people sign up for ReCollect!
You can register here! We need the following information from the charity: Full Charity Name, Full Charity Mission Statement, PNG / Logo of Charity, CRN (Charity Registration Number), Email Address. There is also an approval process which involves us verifying who you say you are, the email address and your charitable status through the government. After that, you're good to go!
Charity administrators can find a registration link on their dashboard, which can be used to default users who register using the link into donating to your charity. Use this link to promote donations to your cause!
Charity administrators can log into the system and initiate a direct deposit. Alternatively, charity partners may request a cheque.
