Home Pickups with the ReCollect App
Did you know? Bottles and cans can be returned to a return point for cash! As we all know, this can be messy and eat up a good chunk of your day. ReCollect lets you ditch the dirty work while still getting money back! It’s an easy 3-step process:
1. Download the app or register online
Download ReCollect from the App Store or Google Play, or visit our web app. Sign up and schedule a pickup by entering your address and donation preference.
2. Enter your home address and pick a date
The morning of your pickup day, put your bags outside. Use the directions area in the app to let the driver know where to find them or any other special directions (key code / “call me”).
3. That’s it! Cash out or donate to charity
We will count your bags and credit your account within 48 hours after pickup. We even show you what we counted! You can cash out via direct deposit or donate your refunds to a local charity!

Find out how ReCollect works for home and residential customers
Schedule your pick up by entering your address, date, and any donation preferences. Use the directions / comments section to give specific instructions for the driver (Example: Call this number when arriving, Bags are alongside fence, etc).
On the scheduled day of your pickup, place your bags outside in a secure location by 8am. The driver will pick up your bags between 8am and 5pm, label them, and take them to our counting facility. Once counted your account will be updated with your new balance and counts. Request a direct deposit to redeem your balance.
You will be notified every step of the way! Requested, picked up, counted, and deposited!
You don't have to be home. Just have your bags placed in your secure location by 8am and directions filled out for the driver in the comments section.
We also don't need anything sorted. However, we do prefer containers to be placed in big garbage bags.
Direct deposit! Simply log into the website or ReCollect app and request a redemption. This will trigger a direct deposit into any participating financial institution of your choice.
